Satisfaction Guarantee
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Pendamonium. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days and proof of purchase information is provided.
Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, you can do so through Australia Post with the postage prepaid. Simply enclose a copy of your receipt, the returning item and a brief note (explaining whether you require a refund or exchange with another item) in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport. Refunds
Pendamonium will organise a refund if on return the product is not damaged but does not match the product description, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. We can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas.
We will:
- credit your credit card
- provide a cash/cheque refund only if original payment was made by cash or cheque.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return.
If you have received:
- a damaged/defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded.
The product must be in its original packaging and be unused.
Exchanges
To complete an exchange, please write a note to us including the name, variety and cost of the new product you require. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
Warranty
All products are covered by each manufacturers warranty, but exclude misuse and negligence and normal wear and tear. All warranty concessions and claims listed below are effective for the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be sent postage prepaid accompanied by the product in question.
How to Order
Pendamonium offers the choice of online or offline shopping facilities. You can shop online using our Shopping Cart facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our shop transactions are securely encyrpted using 128/256bit SSL security measures. When you "Proceed to the Checkout" whilst purchasing products online, you will notice that the bottom right of your browser window will display the secure site padlock icon. Out Of Stock
At times, Pendamonium may run out of an item due to supply issues. If you order a product and we don't have it in stock, we'll notify you immediately and let you know how long your order will take to complete, or offer you an alternative product - which ever suits you best.
Postage and Delivery
Most of our products are delivered to all areas of Australia using 4 main shipping rates. These rates are used as an approximate guide, and can vary as some shipping rates are also calculated by volume, and as such some bulkier items can be charged accordingly.
- Items up to 250g will be charged a flat rate of $4.50 for delivery
- Most small goods orders between 250g - 500g will be charged $7.50 max. for delivery
- Orders with standard size goods weighing between 500g - 2kg will be charged $15.00 max. for delivery
- Desk mats and bulky items will be charged $20.00 max. for delivery
- Orders over $50.00 receive free regular shipping within Australia.
All deliveries are by Australia Post parcel service. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, however this can vary in more isolated areas.
Insurance is complimentary on all orders in excess of $150.00 AUD
For Overseas orders, you can simply contact us with your product order quote and a postage cost and delivery times will be emailed to you before the actual order is sent. For all product orders placed and paid for countries other than Australia, we will contact you to arrange shipping and discuss costs.
Urgent Deliveries - Depending on where you are located, we can offer, for an additional cost an 'Express Post' delivery option. Simply phone us and we can give you a delivery time and cost over the phone.
Security
Pendamonium offers a secure site for all our customers, which allows you to shop with confidence. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card or it being stolen, you must notify your bank in accordance with its rules on reporting and procedures.
Privacy
Pendamonium will not sell or give your e-mail address, or any other information relating to you to anyone else. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and after each transaction your credit card details are destroyed. Personal information provided will only be used to process your order and to notify you of upcoming promotions, offers and new products. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to any third parties.
